Complimentary shuttle to airport, indoor pool and hot tub, appealing outdoor areas

The shuttle service needs consistency!!! I experienced delays and unclear communication regarding room assignments. Also, outdated decor really detracts from the overall experience. Please consider updating facilities for better ambiance!!!

decent stay, but check-in was frustrating

The general manager, Mr Deandrea, effectively addressed our concerns about the delayed check-in time, which was appreciated. The room layout in the One-Bedroom King Suite was functional and worked well for our needs. The hotel was conveniently located for our plans and made it easy to get around. Plus, I enjoyed the breakfast choices, which were satisfying and plentiful.

However, the extended wait for check-in was quite inconvenient.

Friendly and helpful staff

The check-in process was incredibly frustrating, as

we arrived late and the front desk was unable to assist us due to a system issue. It took over an hour to sort out, which was very upsetting. The room itself was clean and spacious but overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

Strongly recommend for a little getaway

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with convenient amenities. the indoor swimming pool was a hit with my daughters, and the location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions.

The warm atmosphere and inviting decor made me feel right at home. The accessible features throughout the hotel, especially the easy elevator access, really stood out to me as a senior traveler.

More comfortable seating in common areas needed.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed checking out the go-kart track and the arcade with all the retro games. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Plus, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus! Just make sure to plan for busy times, as it can get crowded.

However, we faced a little issue with the room being dark during breakfast. It was hard to see the food and make selections. This could be improved for a better dining experience.

The hotel had a welcoming staff, and the breakfast selection was decent. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible hair in the bathroom and a heavily stained tub. A shuttle service was available but had inconvenient hours. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The room was pretty decent. The beds were comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. It was clean too, which is always a plus. I noticed there were some minor issues with the bathroom cleanliness, though, like a couple of stains. Overall, it met my basic needs without too much hassle.

great spot for parks, shopping, and quick airport access

I really enjoyed my stay here since I could easily walk to Deerbrook Mall and Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center, both of which offered great places for leisurely strolls and relaxation. the friendly staff also made my experience so much better.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere with clean rooms and easy access for seniors. The staff was extremely friendly, making sure my needs were met. It felt like a home away from home.

More snacks and drinks available for seniors would help.
